A free, unofficial fan project. By using it you accept these terms. The match data is sourced from a third party and is not official — don't rely on it for betting or anything that matters.

Acceptance

By using this site (the "Bracket"), operated by Ambedo (contact phillipjacobs@ambedo.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Bracket is free and provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Unofficial & not authoritative

The Bracket is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any football governing body, team, or competition organiser. While it displays the real knockout stage, all teams, fixtures, scores, and results are sourced from third parties (ESPN) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Nothing here is an official schedule, result, or source of record, and nothing should be relied upon for betting, wagering, or any decision-making.

Intellectual property

The application code, design, and original artwork (including the trophy graphic) are owned by Ambedo or used under licence. Third-party names and marks — including "FIFA", "World Cup", and any tournament emblems — belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only; we claim no rights in them. National flag images are provided by flagcdn.com, and live match data by ESPN; those remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

The Bracket relies on services operated by others — including Google (Firebase Hosting), ESPN (match data), and flagcdn.com (flag images). Your use of content served by them is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

Acceptable use

Use the Bracket for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt or overload it, scrape it abusively, or present it as an official product.

No warranties

The Bracket is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability — particularly with respect to live match data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambedo is not liable for any loss or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Bracket or its data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
